Introduction to the Affinitext Intelligent Platform

Affinitext is an intelligent platform purpose-built for post-execution contract management. It turns your executed contracts into a clean, structured, and queryable Platform — and gives you the tools to interrogate, track, and act on your obligations with confidence.

The platform is made up of four modules: two core modules included in every licence, and two specialist modules available in addition.

1 AffiniCore — The Foundational Layer

AffiniCore is the foundational module of the platform. It is the cleanest contract data foundation in the world — and the reason every other module is trustworthy.

Every contract held in AffiniCore is fully executed, fully conformed, and human-validated to 99.9% accuracy. Every amendment is integrated. No drafts. No superseded versions. No unvalidated metadata.

Every contract is also structurally parsed — processed to sub-clause and paragraph level, with every defined term identified and every cross-reference mapped and verified. This structural depth is what makes everything else on the platform possible.

Because of AffiniCore, you can:

AffiniAI is the core intelligence module of the platform. It intelligently traverses AffiniCore to deliver precise, source-linked answers. Not a chatbot wrapper. Every answer is fully auditable — navigate to the source to validate.

Most AI tools read a contract as a flat block of text. AffiniAI works differently — because AffiniCore has already done the foundational work. Because every contract is structurally parsed to sub-clause level — with every defined term identified and every cross-reference mapped and verified — AffiniAI can intelligently traverse that structure rather than scanning raw text.

When you ask AffiniAI a question, it follows cross-references, resolves defined terms to their contractual definitions, and traces obligations through amendment chains to ensure it is reading the current, operative version of the contract. The result is a precise, source-linked answer you can navigate to and verify.

AffiniTask turns contractual obligations into managed, tracked actions — obligations extracted and expert-reviewed, tracked at clause level, each traceable back to the precise, current contractual position in AffiniCore.

We identify every significant obligation and entitlement in your contracts — date-sensitive and notice requirement— and create a task for each one, pinned directly at the clause it arises from. Every obligation is expert-reviewed before it goes live. Nothing is missed; nothing is invented.

Once tasks are live in the platform, you manage them through the Task Manager and Compliance Dashboard — with just-in-time notifications, a full audit trail, and at-a-glance visibility of your compliance position.
