Accessing your Platform

Your Affinitext Platform is accessed through your organization's dedicated landing page. Your Account Manager will provide the URL when your access is set up.

1  Logging in

On your landing page, enter your username and password, then click Continue. Both fields are case-sensitive.

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), click the SSO button on the landing page instead. If you are already authenticated via your organization's SSO system, you will be given immediate access. See Accessing Affinitext through Single Sign-On for setup details.

2  Forgotten password

If you cannot remember your password, click the Locked Out or Forgotten Password link below the sign-in box. You will be prompted to enter your username and email address, then a temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.

3  Locked out of your account

Your account is locked after a set number of incorrect password attempts. To unlock it, click the Locked Out or Forgotten Password link on your landing page and follow the same process as a forgotten password reset.
